Golf Envy Farragut ("Golf Envy," "we," "us") operates a private indoor golf club at 12756 Kingston Pike, Suite 102, Farragut, TN 37934 and the website golfenvyfarragut.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

When you fill out a form on our website (such as Request Info, Open House check-in or RSVP, or booking a demo), you may give us your name, phone number, email address, the open house date you plan to attend, your interests, and any note you choose to add. If you book a demo through our scheduling tool, the scheduling provider also collects the details you enter there. We also receive standard technical data when you visit the site, such as your browser type and pages viewed.

How we use it

To respond to your request and contact you by phone, text message or email.
To schedule and confirm demos and open house visits.
To share information about memberships, events and offers, if you have opted in to receive them.
To operate, secure and improve our website and club.

Text messaging

We send text messages only to people who have opted in by providing their number and agreeing to receive texts. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the club and communicate with you (for example, our messaging, scheduling, spreadsheet and website hosting providers), and only as needed for them to perform those services. We may also disclose information if required by law. As stated above, mobile numbers and text opt-in consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Retention and security

We keep your information as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing farragut@golfenvy.com or calling (865) 672-0799. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here.
